FORT COLLINS

ODELL
BREWERY
One of our all time favorite brewery's that has the best food truck on Sundays! You can find us out on O’Dell’s beautiful patio in (almost) all seasons to try their incredible experimental beers. They also have the best IPA's around. Try their Drumroll for an easy sip or go all in with a Mercenary (Some of Jordan's all time Favs). O’Dell is just a short bike ride away from Old Town, Fort Collins and is absolutely worth a visit.
Jordan's Fav: Drumroll or Myrcenary
Molly's Fav: Onolicious

NEW BELGIUM
BREWERY
Home of the famous Fat Tire, NB is entirely employee owned, and there's something special here. This is also the best brewery tour around, seriously. You get a lot of free beer on it too so it's pretty much a win win. We’ve booked free tour dates for the day before, and after, our wedding (April 11th @ 4:30PM reservation is under Molly, April 13th @ 2:30 reservation is under Jordan) if you’re in Fort Collins to go sip local brews and learn about the famous “Fat Tire” beer. We love the sour beers (like seriously love them) and also the environment here! Be sure to check it out, it's one of the best breweries out there.
Jordan's Fav: La Follie & Voodoo Ranger Juicy Haze
Molly's Fav: Apple Felix Aged in Whiskey Barrels

BINDLE
COFFEE
Located in Jessup Farms in Fort Collins, Bindle has some of the best caramel lattes available and delicious bakery items for an easy breakfast. We can be found here reading, working, or meeting up with friends. There is so much to explore in this area of town, and we love it - we’ll be moving to the neighborhood after the wedding!
Jordan's Fav: Ethiopian pour over with honey
Molly's Fav: Caramel Latte

HARBINGER
COFFEE
Harbinger originated from a coffee cart, and now has two incredible storefronts in Fort Collins. They roast their own coffee beans, and have a variety of unique and flavorful options. You can catch Jordan working here with a black coffee + honey, or Molly reading and sipping a vanilla latte.
Jordan's Fav: Ethiopian Pour over with honey
Molly's Fav: Vanilla Latte

SOCIAL
Social was where we had our first date. It holds nostalgia for that reason, but also because it is a speakeasy bar recreating favorites from Prohibition. Look for the clock in Old Town Square and head down the stairs for some of the most unique drinks, and excellent service. It's one of the coolest bars around.
Jordan's Fav: Old Fashioned
Molly's Fav: Whiskey Smash or Lavender Sour

CAFE DE
BANGKOK
We cannot express our love for Cafe de Bangkok enough. We’re there about once a week. (Truly.) It is a small nice hole in the wall place. The owners are amazing and hospitable, the food is incredible, and the environment is casual and warm. We recommend: Pad Thai, Pad Se-ew, Khao Soi, or Green Curry!
Jordan's Fav: Pad Se-ew with Beef (Hot)
Molly's Fav: Pad Thai with Chicken
ESTES PARK

ROCKY MOUNTAIN
NATIONAL
PARK
Truly, one of the most incredible places and home to 14-er Longs Peak. We both loved Estes separately, from childhood & college, and now together, as we got engaged in the park! We have spent many days hiking here, and exploring. We recommend hiking or snowshoeing to the beautiful Dream Lake. In the summer, driving Trail Ridge Road is an experience we believe everyone should have at least once in their lives.

INKWELL
&
BREW
One of our favorite local coffee shops with beautiful cards and stationary and delicious lattes. You can head upstairs and sit with a view of Longs Peak and enjoy a warm coffee or chai.

THE
STANLEY
Iconic for it’s role in many movies, this location in Estes Park is excellent to just walk around, or to stop at dine at if you have time. We’ve enjoyed ice cream in the summer and happy hour in the winter and more!

ROCK CUT
BREWING
A local brewery with a wide variety of styles to please just about anyone. They are right off of Moraine Ave. in Estes and have indoor/outdoor seating. You'll want to spend some of your time here chatting with the local bartenders and sipping some great drinks.

SMOKIN
DAVES
If you're a fan of BBQ you'll love Smokin' Daves. It is perfect for an apres-hike meal or drink and their sauces are delicious (we like the Sweet Original and Spicy BBQ). Be prepared to wait though, this restaurant's smaller seating area is always overflowing with guests. It's worth it!
